Order Payment: For online orders, we only accept Discover, Visa, and Master Card for payment. Orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. We do not accept COD orders.
Returns: Please contact Wheel to Wheel Powertrain (via e-mail or 1-248-589-1190 EXT. 348) to get a return authorization (RGA) before making any returns. We do not offer a return policy on special order items. Some manufactures require the parts be sent directly to them and not returned to the place of purchase for warranty. Parts to be returned must be in brand new condition. All returns must be sent prepaid no collect shipments will be accepted. For your protection you should insure the items you are returning for their full value. Write the RGA number on the outside of the return package. Warranty: Any warranty is limited to that which is supplied by the manufacturer. Due to the type of parts and the way they are used, some parts carry NO warranty. Wheel to Wheel Powertrain does not warranty any items, unless otherwise noted.
Expedited Shipping: If you choose expedited service in order to get your parts sooner, we offer UPS 2 Day Air Service, UPS 3 Day Select, Next Day Air, and Saturday Delivery services. The customer is responsible for all expedited shipping charges.
Truck Shipping: Parts too large or too heavy for normal shipping, including most items over 150 lbs. will be shipped by truck. The cost of truck shipments will be added to your invoice at our actual cost. There can be additional charges for lift gate deliveries.
Clean air act: Many parts we sell are not legal for use on emission controlled vehicles. They are intended for off-road racing only. A civil penalty of $2500.00 can be imposed on the owner of a vehicle for each violation of the Clean Air Act. The only information which should be used to determine a product's status is written statements by the manufacturer of the products.

Legal Statement: Wheel to Wheel Powertrain’s liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part(s). It is the installer’s responsibility to make sure all parts are correct prior to installation. Wheel to Wheel Powertrain shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
